Guests will fly into the Queen Beatriz International Airport (Airport code AUA). Aruba does require a valid passport for entry onto the Island. American, Canadian, and EU citizens do not require visas. American Airlines offers a 5% discount off listed fares by calling 1-800-433-7300, using the code Riggs/Sarnicola Wedding
Ground Transportation From The Airport to the Host Hotel
Note from Event Planner, J Scot:
“For guests not renting a vehicle or taking a taxi and need ground transportation from the airport to the hotel, please reserve a spot by emailing me your name, name of airline, flight number and arrival time to my email JScotEvents@aol.com.
We are working with DePalms Tours, they offer a air-conditioned motor coach bus for $20.00 per person for one round-trip ticket. Guests will board the bus at the airport using a receipt that I will email to you. The Westin Aruba is the first stop after leaving the airport. Guests will have to confirm their return trip at the DePalms Tour Desk in the lobby of the hotel.
If you need a private car, I can pre-arrange that service for you, please email me and request a ground transportation form.
Taxi’s are right outside baggage claim, the average cost for a taxi from the airport to the host hotel is $25 - $30 one way."

Additional Information:
Please only book hotel reservations through the Riggs/Sarnicola group to receive room rates and additional discounts and privileges.
Porterage: A mandatory porterage charge of $6 round trip per person will be added to each guest folio.
Housekeeping Fee: A mandatory housekeeping fee of $2.50 per person per day will be added to each guest folio.
Taxes and Services Fees: Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. The total taxes and service fees are 23.5% (10.7% for taxes and 12.8% for resort charges).
Children: Children 0-17 years stay free in the room with their parents.
Additional Guest in Room: Every 3rd or 4th adult in the room is an additional $50 each, plus taxes & services additional per night.
Early Departure Fee: A minimal early departure fee of minimum $149.00 will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
No automatic or mandatory charges for tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Rates will be available prior and after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. The group rates will be available from November 4 – 18, 2011.
Handling of shipped items: Hotel will waive the handling of shipped items (not including duties and customs fees, normally $25 per box).
Free Basic wireless internet: All rooms will have Free Basic wireless internet, higher speed available at additional cost starting at $9.95 per day.
Free health club use: Health club is free and can be accessed with the room key 24/7.
Room delivery discount: Room deliveries for the group will be $1.00 bag/gift, normally $ 3.00.
On property spa: 10% discount for the group.
